Industrial Engineering Manager wanted by Ecopax LLC in Bethlehem, PA with bachelor or a foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering & 2 yr exp in ISO compliance & implementation of quality std.

Must know Root Cause Analysis, Lean methodologies, process optimization, Statistical Process Control, risk analysis, 5S, Kaizen.

Duties:
- Lead certification & audit efforts for ISO 9001 & SQF compliance; Analyze production data & workflow;
- Monitor progress of improvement initiative;
- Dvlp training material & deliver training on manufacturing practice;
- Use data analysis tool to support decision-making & measure effectiveness of improvement effort;
- Apply problem-solving methodology to resolve issue & identify improvement opportunity;
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principle , 5S practice & Kaizen event.
