Yes, for our customers, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEx and  Discover. However we do not accept debit/credit cards associated with checking accounts.

Most products are available for shipping in 3 weeks. Custom branded and private label product lead times will vary.

Ecopax containers deliver better quality at more affordable prices. In fact, we encourage you to use our website search function to find what you need. Here’s how: 

  • Use our competitor search feature found on the left hand side of any page on our website 
  • Enter the item # in the field and hit ͞FIND
  • Similar Ecopax products will be displayed
  • Contact customer service to request a sample of the product that most closely matches your existing container
  • Once you receive it, we think you will notice how our designs and quality materials perform better than your current products and delivers the best value for your dollar.

Our hinged containers do have U-vents! Vented containers allow the restaurant staff to leave vents closed if the contents are cold. If the contents are hot, the U-vent is depressed, breaking the  seal to make a small opening. This simple action allows steam to escape, keeping the food from getting soggy, while the foam container keeps it warm. Customers benefit by having the right container no matter what they order. Vented containers reduce the need to carry separate cold and hot food containers in your inventory, which means one less SKU to manage in your stock room.

Yes, our products come in a wide range of colors depending on the material – ivory, black, clear and even red. Custom colors can also be done for certain products, like foam, but lead times vary and minimums apply. 

Yes, along with the standard white foam products, we can make black plates and bowls. We also make  beige and or any color providing minimums for custom colors are met. 

The Pebble Box™ take-out containers and plates are made with earth mineral, which reduces the amount of plastic material needed by 40%. Green packaging is food safe for individuals and better for the environment. It is also known as eco-friendly packaging or sustainable packaging.

To be considered eco-friendly, packaging must fall into at least one of three categories: 

  • It can be reused
  • It can be recycled, and/or
  • It is biodegradable. 

All Ecopax products are fall into the recycle category. Each product is individually stamped or printed with its appropriate recycling classification.

At Ecopax, we do everything we can to be good stewards of the environment.

No, speaking English is not required. We are proud of our diverse work force and invest in them by frequently offering English as a Second Language (ESL) classes on a regular basis. 

Absolutely! While we are always looking for people with previous manufacturing experience, especially in  extrusion, we will teach the right person the skills they need to have a rewarding career at Ecopax.  Advancement is available and encouraged!
